Class Definitions
- Traditional T.K.D. Class
- Aerobics/fitness Class
- Upbeat music + basic T.K.D. techniques = improved muscle tone and cardiovascular capacity. (no previous experience necessary) Bring clean indoor shoes.
- Sparring Class
- Utilize T.K.D. techniques while sparring with a live partner.
- No protective equipment = no contact
- Full protective equipment = controlled contact
- Highly recommended for all ages and levels of training.
- Utilize T.K.D. techniques while sparring with a live partner.
