About TMAC

Toledo Martial Arts Center is owned and operated by Master R. Keith Van Sickle (7th Dan Taekwon-Do) and his wife Cathy Van Sickle (3rd Dan Taekwon-Do). It is our goal to offer affordable and enjoyable martial arts instruction to students of all age groups and all levels of physical fitness. The school is run with a family atmosphere, in which you'll feel welcome and comfortable regardless of your level of training. Whether your goal is to improve your physical fitness, learn some self defense, or to compete in national and international tournaments, we can help you achieve it!

We also encourage families who are looking for a "family activity" to consider Taekwon-Do. Many parents have started to train with their children, or joined their kids at a later time. Students ages range between 3 and 65 years old.

At TMAC, we offer you the option to train at your own pace. You can train one class per week or every class. Whenever you can make time to practice at home between classes or not, will obviously influence how quickly you can promote - but it will not keep you from promoting!
